Immunization Information


No student will be permitted to register for school until immunizations are updated and verification is obtained from local military immunization personnel or the Killin ES Nurse. School officials require DoDEA Form 2942.0 (June 06))-DoDDS Certification of Immunization at the time of registration. This form will be placed in the official school records. DoDEA Form 2942.0 can be obtained at the school office.
